In partnership with Legendary Jiu-Jitsu brand, Albino & Preto, our team aimed to pair up and talk about the high intensity sport in a slightly more enlightening manner. Jiu Jitsu, while poised as a highly psychical activity, is often referred to as a sport or game of human chess that truly exercises both the body and mind. Through this lens, we identified Jiu Jitsu as a sport that lives up to the “More Than” zeitgeist and helps those who practice it effectively deal with the daily stresses of life, improving their overall health and wellness both psychically and mentally.
